The White Oak Roughnecks will play Redwater this Friday, August 28th. In order to keep everyone safe and to make sure students who leave for the pep rally are not removed from the building without parent permission, we will follow these procedures:

  1. Write a note to your child’s teacher that they will be attending the pep rally.
  2. The teacher will send your child to the cafeteria at 2:30. Pep Rally begins at 3:00 right across the street at the HS Gym so this provides more than enough time.
  3. You or a designated adult will sign the student out at the table placed in front of the Intermediate office.
  4. The Double Doors will open at 2:30, and parents will enter to the right side of the cafeteria, circle around and get their child, and exit on the left side of the cafeteria out the front.
  5. IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT HAVE A NOTE, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN HIM/HER OUT USING THE COMPUTER AND WAIT IN THE FOYER AREA. THESE STUDENTS WILL BE CALLED DOWN AFTER THE OTHER STUDENTS HAVE BEEN PICKED UP FOR THE PEP RALLY.
  6. Students are not allowed to walk to the Pep Rally without an adult with them. The administration at High School and Middle School requires an adult to accompany students to all pep rallies.
