Congratulations to the four Primary students whose names were drawn to receive a ride home on the Pink Heals Firetruck. All students were given opportunities to participate in a fundraiser for cancer victim, Mike Teague. The total raised topped $900.

Thank you to our community, parents, and students for always having such compassion for others.

Due to the early release of school on Monday and the delayed start time on Tuesday, the PLC Teacher Training Day scheduled for Wednesday has been canceled. We know that these unavoidable circumstances have resulted in inconveniences for parents, students and teachers. We hope to get this week back to a normal schedule and provide optimal learning opportunities for all of our students.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Our annual World Finest Chocolate fundraiser is currently going on.  Your student(s) should have already received and brought home the order form.  If you did not receive it please contact your child’s teacher to get another one.  Fundraisers are due back on Monday, March 2nd.   We appreciate your help!

Nominations for Gifted and Talented 1st – 5th grades are now being accepted for the 2015 – 2016 school year.  Forms are available in the Primary and Intermediate offices.  All nominations are due by Friday, March 6, 2015.

White Oak Primary students had fun this morning Skyping with Santa!  Santa was very kind to take time out of his busy schedule to answer all our questions.  Thank you Santa Claus!  Merry Christmas!
