Do you have a student starting Pre-K or Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year? Please join us for our annual Pre-K and Kindergarten Roundup and Family Fun Night this Thursday, April 28th from 4:30-6:30 at White Oak Elementary Playground!
The White Oak Archery Team will have a voluntary after school practice on Wednesday, April 27, 4-5pm in the OMS Gym. Any interested kiddos can attend. Mr. Gray will be introducing the group to 3-D shooting. (NASP has added a 3-D format to their tourney options) The kiddos will also shoot the LaPorte’ disc throwing machine on the 27th as well. Any outstanding bow raffle tickets and/or money can be turned in at that time as well. Remember that the drawing for the Mathews ‘Vertix’ hunting bow will be held at the WO Athletic Banquet & Awards on May 2 (do not need to be present to win). We appreciate the White Oak Education Foundation sponsoring this fundraiser.
The Primary field days have been set for Tuesday, April 26 (KINDERGARTEN), Wednesday, April 27 (FIRST GRADE), and Thursday, April 28 (SECOND GRADE). The events will begin at approximately 12:30 pm and continue until 2:30 pm. Students should dress in old clothes and athletic shoes. NO FLIP-FLOPS OR SANDALS PLEASE! **Also please note that all K-2 parents need to park in the parking lot behind the middle school and not in the school parking lot due to the car pick-up lines!
